In order to deepen the study and implementation of the important instructions on the construction and reform of the industrial worker team, and accelerate the promotion of the construction and reform of the industrial worker team in Wujiang District, on the morning of August 30th, Zhang Xiaoying, Vice Chairman of the Wujiang District Federation of Trade Unions, chairmen of various towns (streets) and industrial park trade unions, and representatives of various pilot enterprises visited Guangdong Laya New Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. to investigate and guide the construction of "Employee Home", "Employee Bookstore", and "Employee Innovation Studio".

Qian Jiannong, Executive Vice General Manager of Laya, accompanied the research team to inspect the "Employee Home", "Employee Bookstore", "Employee Innovation Studio", and "Party Building Activity Room", and provided detailed reports on the construction and operation, overall layout, service mechanism, management system, investment in hardware supporting facilities, and the enterprise's industrial reform work of the four positions.

The inspection and guidance of this research group have pointed out the direction for the further improvement of Laya's industrial reform work and are of great significance to the construction of our company's trade union.
