This activity lasted for a month, mainly focusing on several sections such as the kickoff meeting of the Quality Month activity, quality month promotion, online quality knowledge competition, quality knowledge lecture hall, product defect selection competition, and pesticide product flight inspection simulation.
Promotion and kickoff meeting for quality month activities
In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the strategy of building a strong quality country, and further promote the steady improvement of quality and efficiency, Guangdong Laya New Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. held a "Quality Month" kickoff meeting in early September with the theme of "Implementing the strategy of building a strong quality enterprise and promoting continuous improvement of quality". This launch meeting mainly promotes the theme of this year's Quality Month and announces the activity plan.
Quality testing data comparison
On September 6th, in response to customer requests, Laya prepared and provided 5 sets of data comparison samples, which were sent to four factories in different regions such as Guangdong, Shandong, and Zhejiang. A large-scale comparison of five party data testing was conducted to identify and discover differences in testing capabilities between different factories, ensuring and improving the accuracy and reliability of quality testing for all parties.

01 Quality Case Training
On September 18th and 23rd, the production and warehousing departments of Laya organized quality case training sessions, aiming to learn from failed cases and analyze quality complaints received since January to August this year, striving to solve quality problems from the source, draw experience and lessons from them, and promote quality improvement and enhancement.
02 Training on Quality Laws and Regulations
In order to deepen the understanding of quality laws and regulations, enhance the quality responsibility and legal awareness of employees, the R&D department organized a training on quality laws and regulations on September 18th, providing detailed interpretation and explanation of each regulation.
03 Quality awareness training
In order to enhance the quality awareness of all staff and further promote the steady improvement of quality and efficiency, taking advantage of the "Quality Month" activity, the Quality Department organized a quality training for all staff on the morning of September 22 on the first floor of the Comprehensive Building. The training lasted for 70 minutes and more than 200 people participated.
At the beginning of the event, Pei Junli, Deputy Manager of the Quality Department, conducted a comprehensive quality training on "quality awareness" for all employees present. During the training, Manager Pei explained the definition of quality and quality awareness to the employees of Laya in a simple and understandable way in the form of pictures and text, and combined it with practical cases to explain the serious consequences caused by the lack of quality awareness. He emphasized the essential measures for qualified products and pointed out the direction for Laya's quality work in the future.
Flight inspection simulation of pesticide products
In order to carry out regular management of pesticide flight inspections and timely identify and solve quality and safety hazards of pesticides, the R&D department organized a simulated flight inspection action on September 19th.
Online Quality Knowledge Competition
On the morning of September 22, Laya held the 2023 online quality knowledge competition, and the host detailed the rules of the competition to all employees.
This online competition will be held on WeChat mini program, consisting of three types of questions: single choice, multiple choice, and true/false. The content covers basic knowledge of quality management, quality policies, and practical details of quality operations. Each group is required to complete the online answers within the specified time (20 minutes) and submit them.

Product defect selection competition
On the morning of September 22nd, after the online quality knowledge competition of Laya ended, it officially entered the next stage of product defect selection competition. The host provided a detailed introduction to the rules of this competition to all employees.
The "defect selection competition" for this product mainly selects some typical product defect types that have appeared in the past production process and customer complaints. Through organizing fun competitions, it further deepens the identification, understanding, and control of product quality and defects for each employee, and integrates these contents into daily work.
In order to enhance the intensity of the competition, the host conducted pre competition training for all employees on all "defective products" in the form of pictures before the start of the competition.
During the competition, each group of contestants held their breath and observed every product on the table, not leaving any details behind. Based on the observed defects and defects, they placed the products in their corresponding positions.
